He pioneered the modern-day outlet shopping experience at Western Development and then the Mills Corporation creating some of the first off-price centers in the USA and bringing the outlet shopping format into the 21st century.
Larry is also one of the first US developers to recognize the importance of experiential retail, blending retail and entertainment to create some of the most destination-oriented centers filled with megaplex theaters, themed restaurants and vibrant entertainment uses and attractions.
Siegel was responsible for launching and/or growing some of today’s most successful and relevant retails brands including Bass Pro Shops, IKEA, Saks OFF Fifth, Neiman Marcus Last Call, and others.

Evan Siegel is a seasoned dealmaker with experience in the entertainment, restaurant, and retail industries.
Evan started his career in the music industry coordinating college tours for up-and-coming musicians at the Sanctuary Group, then studied event operations at Washington DC’s illustrious 930 Club, and finally pioneered the VIP concert business at Bulldog Entertainment Group and Warner Music Group.
While at Bulldog / WMG, Siegel participated in the development of a first-of-its-kind luxury concert series in the Hamptons incorporating top talent (Prince, Billy Joel, James Taylor, Tom Petty), world-class dining (Nobu, Jeffrey Zakarian, Bobby Flay, Adam Perry Lang), and leading high-end brands (St. Regis Hotels, Zachys Fine Wine) for a small, elite and star-studded audience.
Siegel left the music industry to join his father Larry in their creation of Juno Management Partners (a leading retail and entertainment advisory company), the development of the best piece of underutilized real estate on the Las Vegas Strip, and eventually the creation of the Captive Group.
Throughout his career, Evan has thrived while forging creative strategic partnerships in traditional and non-traditional settings, including the creation of one-of-a-kind flagship store destinations, negotiating deals that led to top sales performing stores and restaurants, and the coordination of iconic, out-of-the-box branding and sponsorship opportunities.
